All Things Agent Setups

A show-and-tell night at Sentry's San Francisco office where attendees each get three minutes to demo their personal coding-agent setup and explain the harness and hosting choices behind it.

Tue, Sep 15, 5:30 PMFinancial District, San Francisco, CA

Why it matters

Lightning demos of real setups, not vendor pitches, are where you actually hear what tradeoffs people made between running an agent locally versus in the cloud, and which harness choices saved them money versus which ones just added latency.

The tokenmaxxing angle

A room comparing setups side by side is a fast way to collect real data points on remote-vs-local agent execution cost, since the event explicitly asks presenters to state whether their setup runs on their laptop or remotely.

From the organizers

The event copy asks presenters to cover 'what harness/framework are you using?' and 'remote or on your laptop?' in three-minute demos; hosts include Andre Landgraf (Neon) and Erik Thorelli, under the 'All Things Web' event series.
