Niche boards rank by niche score, then niche h. Each project here counts its points times (1 + log2(1 + landed) / 8), so more shipped work counts for more; your best five projects in the niche are added at 1.0 / 0.8 / 0.6 / 0.5 / 0.4. Points come from evidence: landed changes, difficulty and the live check.
